Business Culture
The ethos of the Dunne Group is self-sufficiency and we endeavour to carry out our entire contract works utilising in-house resources. In doing so, we believe that we are able to exhibit greater control over these works; to maximise the integration, efficiency and safety of our construction methods and to offer greater surety in terms of time, cost and quality of the finished product.
Through a policy of structured growth, the Group now comprises of individually successful companies, which as a whole provide the full spectrum of construction services.
More importantly though, the Dunne Group understands that exemplary customer service means not only zero defects but right first time, delivery on time and to budget, whilst working within a non-adversarial environment.
Innovating to the benefit of the client by reducing waste, whether it be in design, materials or construction on site to yield real cost reductions.
These objectives are embodied in the Latham Report, ‘Constructing the Team’ (1994) and the Egan Report, ‘Rethinking Construction’ (1998) and the Dunne Group is striving to be in the vanguard of the modernisation of the construction industry in line with these two reports.
