Dunne has a reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget and we have an enviable reputation in this respect executing 99% of our projects on time whilst continually providing financial control to enable budgets to be met.
We at Dunne are highly customer and project focused and by the use of integrated planning tools which permit hands on scheduling of labour, materials and subcontractors assures that construction is scheduled and executed in a timely manner resulting in accuracy on the overall performance of a project.
We are keen to advocate Client involvement in the construction process if that is our Client's wish. A Management Contracting option allows us to work closely with our Client at an early stage bringing projects to site quickly in a competitive and controlled manner. We have found this way of working has provided the following benefits;
- Buildability, our input at design stage helps minimise problems at build stage, especially in areas of trade interface which is predominantly where a delay and cost increase can be incurred.
- Parallel working with our Client and design team at an early stage and then throughout all stages of the build. This we have found provides a far less adversarial relationship as all parties continue to share ideas and information openly.
- Cost transparency providing for a competitive project cost.
- Change can be managed easily right up to work package placement.
