Traditional Contracting
The contract for construction is between the Client and the main contractor. Design is usually prior to procurement and commencement of construction.
Much of our workload is procured through this method as many of our Clients prefer to be in control of the design / design team.
Procuring work through this route also ensures that we continually improve and remain competitive in the market place. Even on traditional projects we still like to offer our expertise / experience where we can offer alternative methods / value engineering that benefits all parties.
