We pride ourselves that we are fully self-sufficient not only with all our own directly employed labour but also with our own state of the art plant. From our latest acquisition of concrete mixers and our own fleet of concrete pumps to our S-160 Somero and SXP 14.5 Somero laser screeds, plus numerous ‘ride on’ power floats, enables us to have more control in achieving a quality final product with zero defects, right first time, on time and within budget.
Faster placement is possible as the SXP laser screed can lay up to 50,000 square feet per day and flatter floors can be achieved due to the machines onboard precision lasers. Therefore, fewer labourers are required as the laser screed does all the hard work.
We also specialise in upper composite floor slabs where we are able to work closely with our Clients on a just in time basis, especially on contracts where both access and lay down areas are limited which is often the case in city centre contracts.
Contracts we have completed recently are:
Pollok Shopping Mall which included over 100,000m2 of upper floor slabs and Stobhill Hospital completed two weeks ahead of a tight programme of 22,000m2 upper floor slabs and 8,000m2 of ground floor slabs.
As well as all the latest plant we have all our own hand picked operatives all directly employed from within the industrial flooring industry who together bring many years of expertise to this field. In addition to this our management has more than 34 years experience in all aspects of industrial flooring and is well known and respected throughout the construction industry.
