Our new 3600 square metre Precast Manufacturing Facility based at our Bathgate Depot allows Dunne to produce bespoke precast products at every level in both domestic housing and commercial premises.

Serviced by two 20 ton overhead cranes precast concrete is a unique building material combining visual qualities along with the advantages of prefabrication. Precasting allows genuine flexibility concerning design factors and prefabrication can now be undertaken all year round under one roof to the Client's specific requirements and to suit any project in a variety of shapes and sizes.

There are unlimited restrictions throughout the process and steel fabrication can be mass produced for the units required prior to casting thus enhancing the speed of production.

Our new facility is staffed with skilled craftsmen capable of producing the simplest of moulds to the most complicated precast moulds for stairs, landings, floors, walls, beams, culverts, parapets and a comprehensive range of bespoke precast products.

At Dunne Group our quality is our strength and the new facility now allows for the expansion of our existing service to fully cover Design, Manufacture, Delivery and Installation under an ISO 9001 accreditted quality control and management system.
