24M Concrete Pump

24M Concrete Pump (1.63Mb)

Wherever headroom is critical, the SCHWING KVM 24-4H is simply ideal. Kitted out with the reliable Rock valve for pumping all types of flooring mixes, even with steel fibres.

  Low fold-out height of 4.95 m
SCHWING H-geometry for fantastic boom maneuverability
Only 4.7 m span over outriggers
Open-circuit hydraulics remains cool even when pumping in enclosed spaces
Proportional controls for sensitive and accurate boom movements
MPS pump control for a steady end hose

KVM 34 X is the one for optimum returns and minimum running costs. Such a universal machine is exactly right in the middle of a pump fleet to cover a variety of applications in the mid-field range. Its practical design allows up to 2 tons of accessories and extra pipe to be carried without overstepping the weight limits (acc. German StVZO). An outrigger span of only 6.2 m over the front X results in a net horizontal reach identical to much larger machines.

Pulsar-Prop control and MPS make for an extremely steady boom
On-board carrying capacity of up to 2 tons
  Space saving X outriggers
Long-stroke pump cell (2 m stroke) outputs 150 m3/h with minimum strokes and minimum wear
  SCHWING Rock valves as standard

39M Concrete Pump

39M Concrete Pump (150k)

The “longest” boom on 3 axles is a four-fold roll-and-fold placing boom. The S39 SX is equipped with the innovative and fast SX-H stabilization system, i.e. Super X arc stabilizers in front and perpendicular H stabilizers at the rear made possible due to the Schwing anti-torsion frame principle. This concept does not only result in short set-up times, but is also space-saving.

The strong heart of the S39 SX is composed of the pumping cylinders with their hydrostatic drive and of the concrete pipe switch, the so-called Rock Valve.

41M Concrete Pump

41M Concrete Pump (788k)

The latest addition to the concrete pump fleet is our Sermac 5Z41 pump which offers 41m of boom on an innovative 5 section folding arms system which enables ease of operation in restricted space and also offers added reach to our existing capability.

The 5Z41 offers front 'X Style' and rear outrigger offering quick placement and great pump stability which is ideal for the high vertical reach offered by this pump.

Separate Placing Boom

Separate Placing Boom (1Mb)

Schwing SPB30 weighs 6400kg and can be split easily into two separate pieces of 3800kg and 2600kg. Having no counter-weights, it makes the moving of boom from one column/location to the next a quick and simple process.

The floor slabs are "post-tension" design and the boom is used to pour the floor slab, walls, columns and cores. The floor frames are located on the completed floor slabs below the level shown. The boom and column are then lifted through the building on the floor frames by the self-climbing mechanism, powered by the placing boom's own hydraulic system. There is no need to use the tower crane to lift the boom and tubular column up through the building.
